Amanpreet “Aman” Dhaliwal
Board Certified as a Physician Assistant
Mr. Dhaliwal He graduated from Duke University, School of Medicine with a Master’s in Health Science. He had a full scholarship from National Health Service Corps. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the NC Academy of Physician Assistants. Aman has also volunteered at Duke Cancer Center and Raleigh Spine Clinic. He has previously worked as an EMT and was responsible for orientation and training of newly hired EMT’s.
Aman will be a great asset to our community and OIC Integrated Health Services with his primary location being at OIC Family Medical Center at Happy Hill.
Erin Kratzer. MSW, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
She graduated from New Mexico Highlands University in 2013 with a MSW as well as concurrently completing the Substance Abuse Certification program where her focus was on clinical practice and treating substance abuse as a special population.
She recently relocated to North Carolina from New Mexico where she was a practicing social worker for the past four years. She was previously working at an integrated OTP (opioid treatment program) that also provided mental health services in conjunction with medication management. Her most recent position was as Clinical Supervisor where she oversaw a clinical department of roughly 10 clinicians, 4 peer support workers and various adjunct staff. Clinically, her most recent training has included part 1 and 2 of eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), basic and advanced dialectical behavior therapy, and auricular therapy including the NADA protocol for auricular detoxification.
Erin will be a great asset to the community and OIC Integrated Health Services with her primary location being OIC Family Medical Center-Fairview.
Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
Ms. Pulliam has over 20 years of progressive nursing experience, spanning from Certified Nursing Assistant, Vocational Nurse, Registered Nurse, and currently Advance Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in acute medical-surgical, telemetry, neurology, LTAC and long-term care settings in multiple locations in the United States as a Travel/Per Diem Nurse. Prior to relocating to North Carolina, she was a primary healthcare provider in a rural undeserved area delivering comprehensive, acute, chronic and preventative care services. She also facilitated integration of care utilizing in office specialty programs such as the Ryan White program.
Dr. Kenneth Moore
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
He is a member of the National Association of EMS Physicians and the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Moore has served as Co-Director of the William Penn foundation Healthcare Connection Grant-Youth Violence Prevention. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the West Edgecombe Rescue Squad, and President of the Medical Minority Alliance, Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Moore has received many honors and rewards for excellence in leadership. He was feature expose in the Philadelphia Inquirer magazine, as well as appointee to the inaugural Team Health CEO Roundtable.
In addition to joining the OIC family, Dr. Moore serves as an Attending Physician and Chairman of the Nash UNC Health Systems, Emergency Department.
Dr. Moore will be a great asset to our community and OIC Integrated Health Services at OIC Family Medical Centers.
Priscilla Allen, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC
Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner
She graduated from East Carolina University with a Master of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2011. Then expanded her career when she obtained a Post Master’s Certification as a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner from UNC at Chapel Hill in 2014. She previously worked for Team Health formally known as NCEPS. As a NCEPS provider she has also previously worked with OIC, Inc.
Priscilla will be a great asset to our community and OIC Integrated Health Services with her primary location being at OIC Family Medical Center at Fairview.
Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
She graduated from Simmons College, Boston MA with a Masters of Science in Nursing. She is a member of the American Nursing Association and the NC Nursing Association. She received additional training at the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Theodora has worked as a Rural Field Nurse Practitioner. She has also worked in two level 1 Trauma Centers where she gained valuable experience in psychology, radiation oncology, internal medicine, rehab, orthopedics, cardiac and epilepsy monitoring.
Prior to relocating to North Carolina, Theodora worked at George Washington University Hospital where she also cross trained in General Pediatrics and Neurology Step Down patient care.
Theodora will be a great asset to our community and OIC Integrated Health Services with her primary location being at OIC Family Medical Center at Happy Hill.
Tiffiney is a Dentist originally from Greenville, North Carolina where she currently resides. She graduated from Howard University in May 1997. Dr. Harper completed her Residency at MetroHealth Medical Center (Cleveland, OH) in 1998. She joined the US Airforce, Air National Guard in January 2005 and is currently a Lieutenant Colonel. She has the role of Dental Squadron Chief and has several duties such as direct patient care for USAF members, provide forensic updates, and establish comprehensive dental treatment plans to name a few. Dr. Harper also worked with Caswell Developmental Center until 2018 as a Dental Director.
Dr. Harper comes to OIC highly recommended and has several Professional affiliations such as the American Dental Association, NC Dental Society, and the NC Public Health Association just to name a few. She is also affiliated with several Community Associations to include Down East Partnership for Children, Need, Inc. Health Advisory Committee, and the Minority Healthcare Professional Association.
Dr. Harper will be a great asset to our community and OIC Integrated Health Services with her primary location being at OIC Family Medical Center -Dental.
Tiffany D. Tyson, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Tiffany is a graduate of Duke University where she completed her Masters in Family Nursing Practice in 2008. She also graduated from Robert Morris University in Moon Township, PA where she obtained a degree in Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2013. Tiffany has volunteered her time and talents to many previous positions such as Chairperson on the Wilson Medical Center Nursing Policy and Procedure Committee as well as volunteering as a community Mentor. She has also published a Children’s book and is in the process of launching her second Children’s book in the very near future. Tiffany has also taught seminars and workshops such as the STEM program.
Tiffany has been a great asset to our community and OIC Integrated Health Servicers with her primary location being OIC BH-Happy Hill.
Tisa Ochelle Roberts
Board Certified as a Doctor of Medicine specializing in Family Medicine
She is a 2003 graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. She successfully completed her internship in June 2004 and her residency in June 2006 at the University Of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, NC. Dr. Roberts currently resides in Clayton, NC. She has been with OIC, Inc. since 11/2015 and was appointed Medical Director in 01/2016. Dr. Roberts has received many honors and awards; such as, The Whitehead Teaching Award in 2005 and the NCAFP Intern Scholarship for 2003 while she was in the residency program. She also received the Dr. Henry C. Kempe Award from 2000-2003 while she was in medical school. Dr. Roberts is also a member of the Virtuous Diamonds Social Club.

Christa M Fleming
Ever since a young girl, Christa had the desire to take care of people. This led her on a journey towards becoming a health care provider. Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree at East Carolina University, she took a year off in order to gain hands on experience in the health care field. She worked as an EMT for a non-emergency transport company. In addition to this, she volunteered at a local emergency station. After serving for a few months, she took an accelerated course allowing her to become a paramedic. This opportunity provided experience which helped during her time in physician assistant studies. Christa then went on to Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC, where she received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. She’s worked as a PA in both the urgent care and primary care settings making her a well-rounded practitioner. Christa’s special interests include lifestyle medicine and weight loss management. She strives towards helping her patients lead healthier lifestyles.
Nathan T. Long, PharmD, 340bACE
OIC Pharmacy Director
Nathan received his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 2009 and is a 340b Apexus Certified Expert. He has practiced in multiple pharmacy settings including independent retail, chain retail, and other Federally Qualified Health Centers. As OIC’s Pharmacy Director, Nathan strives to assist each and every patient to improve and maintain their health through providing affordable medication, counseling on medication use and side effects, answering patient questions regarding medication, and ensuring every patient receives excellent customer service. He also contributes to the OIC Family Medical Center’s patient care activities by performing patient chart reviews and consulting with the medical provider team to assure that patients receive the most cost-effective and appropriate therapy for their medical conditions.
Knina G. Harvey, LCSWA
Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate & Behavioral Health Consultant
Provides behavioral health services to students at Williford Elementary School, grades K-2 to increase social skills, behavioral health and overall well being. Knina has several years of experience working with at risk children and families, at risk teens and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Kenya C. Burton, MSW, LCSW-A
School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician
Ms. Burton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker associate that provides individual and group therapy using clinical modalities to children who are being referred for mental health services. Ms. Burton provides support and training to clients and school personnel related to behavioral strategies and interventions.

Emily Knight, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant
Ms. Knight is an enthusiastic and diligent physician assistant who blends exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptiability with an optimistic personality. She aspires to provide individualized holistic education in order to help patients achieve life-long wellness. In collaboration with a physician, she is responsible for providing and coordinating patient-centered care for acute, chronic, and critically ill patients in a family practice setting.

Ms. Majachani specializes in Family Medicine and holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration. She has over 8 years of patient care experience as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Telemetry, and Behavioral Health. Maisha Pesante, MD
Licensed Medical Doctor
Dr. Pesante is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She has received many honors and awards; such as Albert C Yates Scholar in 2006 and the Zeta Phi Beta Woman of the Year in 2002. She has professional affiliations with the American Academy of Family Physicians since 2005 and the National Medical Association since 1999. Dr. Pesante is very upbeat and positive and also multilingual.
Dr. Nana Arkhurst, DNP, CCRN, FNP-C
Advanced Practice Practitioner
Dr. Nana applies her extensive knowledge, leadership skills, and passion in advance care practice to push forward the ideals and vision of OIC Family Medical Center. Caring For Patients Across the Life Span, have a wide variety of patients including chronic health management, women’s health and pediatric care using evidenced based modalitities. Dr. Nana has a leadership role in the development of clinical protocols as well as a team leader of the rapid response team.
Dr. Nelson Ehly, MS, PA-C
Primary Care Physician Assistant
Dr. Ehly excels at providing quality health care in rural and urban medically underserved regions. He specializes in family medicine, clinical trial research, pediatrics, gynecology, dermatology, emergency medicine, women’ s health and preventiion and treatment of asthma, STDs, atopic dermatitis, diabetes, and heart disease. His professional affiliations include American Academy of Physicians Assistants, NC Academy of Physician Assistants, and being a certified speaker for Medical Education Lectures.
