He graduated from Meharry Medical College in 2011 with a Doctorate of Medicine degree. He is a member of the American Association for Physician Leadership, the Seaboard Medical Society, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Black MBA Association, and the Old North State Medical Association, just to name a few.

Dr. Bonner has also served in many Leadership Positions which include but not limited to Representative of Multidisciplinary Advisory Committee for the Centers for Disease Control Vaccine Confidence Project, Representative of Edenton-Chowan Educational Foundation, Representative of Perquimans County School Health Advisory Council, Medical Director for Ambulatory Quality and Patient Safety, and Medical Director of Diabetes Self-Management Education Advisory Committee.

Board Certified Doctor of Medicine specializing in Family Medicine

She is a 2003 graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Medicine.  She successfully completed her internship in June 2004 and her residency in June 2006 at the University Of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, NC.  Dr. Roberts currently resides in Clayton, NC. She has been with OIC, Inc. since 11/2015 and was appointed Medical Director in 01/2016. Dr. Roberts has received many honors and awards; such as, The Whitehead Teaching Award in 2005 and the NCAFP Intern Scholarship for 2003 while she was in the residency program.  She also received the Dr. Henry C. Kempe Award from 2000-2003 while she was in medical school.  Dr. Roberts is also a member of the Virtuous Diamonds Social Club.

Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist

LaVonne Hairston is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She graduated from Meharry Medical College with a Doctorate of Medicine in 2011 and completed her residency training at Ochsner Medical Center in 2015.

Dr. Hairston is board certified with both the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She is also the founder of a nonprofit organization called T.I.M.E 4 Her (Teach, Inspire, Mentor, Encourage).

Dr. Hairston comes seasoned with years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology and will be a great asset to the community and to OIC Integrated Services. Her primary location will be OIC Family Medical Center Happy Hill.

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

She graduated from South University in (Savannah, GA) October 2019 with a Master of Science-Nursing degree. Ms. Brown comes with 19 years of nursing experience to include emergency medicine, long term care, telemetry, and medical surgical nursing. She currently resides in Rocky Mount and has been working at UNC-Nash Health Care Systems as an ED Staff Nurse since 2002.

Ms. Brown also has experience in FQHC/Rural Health settings. She is compassionate, exhibits dynamic leadership, and has the exceptional ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change. Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

She graduated from Walden University with a Masters of Science in Nursing. Joy very familiar with OIC. As she has completed Advance Practice Care of Adults and Synthesis in Advanced Nursing Practice of Patients in Family Care Settings Rotations under the direction of Dr. Tisa Roberts, and Emily Knight, PA-C. She also completed Advanced Nurse Practice in Reproductive Health Care Rotation under the direction of Glenda Pulliam, A-GNP.

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

She graduated from Simmons College, Boston MA with a Masters of Science in Nursing.  She is a member of the American Nursing Association and the NC Nursing Association.  She received additional training at the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Theodora has worked as a Rural Field Nurse Practitioner. She has also worked in two level 1 Trauma Centers where she gained valuable experience in psychology, radiation oncology, internal medicine, rehab, orthopedics, cardiac and epilepsy monitoring.

Prior to relocating to North Carolina, Theodora worked at George Washington University Hospital where she also cross trained in General Pediatrics and Neurology Step Down patient care.

OIC Pharmacy Director

She graduated from Howard University, May 2006 where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy.

Dr. Jessup currently resides in Rocky Mount, North Carolina where she works as Pharmacy Director.

She has over 12 years of experience and is described as motivated, highly engaged as well as an effective leader in pharmacy operations.

Board Certified as a Physician’s Assistant

She graduated from Medical University of South Carolina with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Her interest is Family Medicine where she exhibits a passion for providing patients with quality, compassionate health care.

Kimber is currently employed with Wade Family Medical Center, an FQHC organization. She has worn many hats in the medical profession as well as dedicated her services voluntarily to many organizations such as St. Andrews Free Clinic, Alliance for Hispanic Health, Our Lady of Mercy Health Fair, Special Olympics, Salvation Army, Angel Tree, and Lander University Equestrian Center.

Kimber has received numerous outstanding honors and awards which include but not limited to, National Health Service Corps Scholar in 2019, Cum Laude graduate in 2014, and Recipient of the Nell Henry Scholarship Fall of 2010 and Spring of 2014. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistant, South Carolina Academy of Physician Assistant, and Physician Assistants for Latino Health.

Ms. Lane currently resides in Durham, North Carolina where she works as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Duke University Hospital Stem Cell Laboratory.

“Bre” as she likes to be called is described as being “bright, phenomenal, and has medical knowledge that exceeds that of the typical PA graduate”. She is highly recommended and has voiced consistently wanting to work with patients in underserved communities and decreasing healthcare disparities.

Tiffany is a graduate of Duke University where she completed her Masters in Family Nursing Practice in 2008. She also graduated from Robert Morris University in Moon Township, PA where she obtained a degree in Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2013. Tiffany has volunteered her time and talents to many previous positions such as Chairperson on the Wilson Medical Center Nursing Policy and Procedure Committee as well as volunteering as a community Mentor. She has also published a Children’s book and is in the process of launching her second Children’s book in the very near future. Tiffany has also taught seminars and workshops such as the STEM program.

He specializes in family medicine, clinical trial research, pediatrics, gynecology, dermatology, emergency medicine, women’s health, and prevention and treatment of asthma, STDs, atopic dermatitis, diabetes, and heart disease. His professional affiliations include American Academy of Physicians Assistants, NC Academy of Physician Assistants, and being a certified speaker for Medical Education Lectures.

She graduated from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in 2014. Dr. Williams is currently an Associate Dentist with Boone Dentistry in Elizabeth City, NC. She has served as Representative for North Carolina Academy of General Dentistry Board of Directors and the American Red Cross Board of Directors. Dr. Williams comes to OIC with many years of experience with all ages and all settings. Licensed Clinical Social Worker

She specializes in therapy for ages 3 and up. Davneatra graduated in 2014 from the University of Southern California with a Master of Social Work degree. Davneatra is a board member of Nash County’s My Sister’s House and she is a Zeta Phi Beta Sorority member.

Ms. Foster previously worked for Progressive Care Services, Inc. as a Lead Outpatient Clinician. At Progressive she provided evidenced based mental health therapy as well as training and oversight for the newly hired outpatient clinicians. She has several years of experience as a Qualified Professional working one- on -one with children, adolescents, and adults who have mental health diagnoses and issues with Substance Abuse. She would deliver services in various environments to include home, schools, detention centers, homeless shelters, etc. Ms. Foster is skilled in providing Collaborative Problem Solving, Crisis Management, and Person Centered Plan Process just to name a few. School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician

Ms. Burton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker associate that provides individual and group therapy using clinical modalities to children who are being referred for mental health services. Ms. Burton provides support and training to clients and school personnel related to behavioral strategies and interventions.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

She graduated from East Carolina University in 2013 with a Master of Social Work.  Shameca received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2000 at The University of North Carolina Charlotte. She currently works as a Field Instructor at East Carolina University where she provides instruction and on the job learning experience to students. She served as a Clinical Director at Diverse Family Services in Wilson NC. She has worked at Progressive Care Services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. Her primary duty was providing group, individual, and intensive home services for children and adolescents. She has also worked as the Director of Social Services at Peak Resources Rehabilitation Center in Charlotte, Pineville Rehabilitation Center in Pineville, and Beverly Healthcare in Charlotte.  Shameca will be a great asset to OIC Integrated Health Services with her primary location being at Happy Hill.

She graduated from East Carolina University with a Masters of Social Worker. She also bestows the title of a Licensed Clinical Addictions1 Specialist-Associate.  Keosha is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

She has several years of Behavioral Health experience with children, adolescents, and adults and has worked in multiple locations within the state of North Carolina.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

She graduated from New Mexico Highlands University in 2013 with a MSW as well as concurrently completing the Substance Abuse Certification program where her focus was on clinical practice and treating substance abuse as a special population.

She recently relocated to North Carolina from New Mexico where she was a practicing social worker for the past four years. She was previously working at an integrated OTP (opioid treatment program) that also provided mental health services in conjunction with medication management. Her most recent position was as Clinical Supervisor where she oversaw a clinical department of roughly 10 clinicians, 4 peer support workers and various adjunct staff. Clinically, her most recent training has included part 1 and 2 of eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), basic and advanced dialectical behavior therapy, and auricular therapy including the NADA protocol for auricular detoxification.
