OIC Offices
OIC operates four (4) medical practices (Fairview, Happy Hill, Community Health Plaza and its Guardian Court integrated behavioral health office and one (1) Urgent Care (Specialty Care Center (SCC)) located in Edgecombe and Nash Counties, NC.
Its two (2) largest offices, the Fairview Medical Office is located in Edgecombe County and the Happy Hill Medical Office is located in Nash County and houses primary care providers, Dentist & Dental Hygienist, Pharmacists & Techs, The SCC houses: Mammography, X-ray and Exercise Therapy and the associated clinical support staff. Services at each location also include integrated behavioral health.
OIC also operates a health education center on the grounds of the Weeks Armstrong Apartments/Rocky Mount Public Housing Campus located on Raleigh Road.
